Our 50 acre property also provide acres of exterior storage space. The first phase of this venture will construct new, steel framed metal buildings, with nearly 200,000 square feet of warehouse space. The construction process will provide numerous jobs with an emphasis on local participation. Our Facility will provide several, well paying, permanent jobs for citizens of the community. These large energy efficient and technologically sound buildings can be utilized as warehouse storage facilities or distribution centers for a vast array of long term clients. Additionally, Spears Global Warehousing will provide experienced professionals to aid in the planning and implementation of suitable interactive warehousing and project programs for the benefits of our clients.
