Spears Global Manufacturing is a diverse company that has partnered with DMSCA to support the design and build 4.0 manufacturing facilities throughout the Southern Region. Through our partnerships with major companies already operating in the manufacturing space, we will immediately create a positive impact on the overwhelming supply chain demand. 

Our Smart Factories will be built on 20-acre properties with room for expansion. When all phases are complete, these 4.0 manufacturing facilities will include automation, digitalization, machine shop, robotic welders, laser/towers, ATC brakes, tube lasers, milling, HW machines, lathes, in house paint shop and coating, assembly, CMM inspection equipment, and clean room for assembly and testing.
